About the Role

Permanent full time 1.0 FTE, working 80 hours a fortnight. All aspects of Cardiac Sonography including experience in TOE, TTE, paediatric, complex adult congenital, stress echo, and bubble studies. Includes inpatient, outpatient and possible outreach clinics within the district.

We are looking for a Qualified Cardiac Sonographer to join our busy cardiology team. The successful candidate will be located at the top of the South Island in New Zealand.

As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including transthoracic, transoesophageal, and stress echocardiography. Your expertise will play a critical role in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient-centred environment.
