- Start Date: September 1, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Coverage Needs: 1-2 providers for 1-2 weeks per month
- 7-on / 7-off schedule
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night call included (primarily remote consults and transfers)
- Two providers scheduled during daytime coverage
- Physician serves as escalation/back-up for fellows and APPs
- Active Louisiana medical license
- IMLC accepted
- ABIM Board Certified in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology
- Fellowship trained in relevant specialty
- ACLS
- Temporary privileges available for early start
- Temporary privileges: 30-45 days to process
