Manage daily card operations activities
Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Contact with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints via all channels (call, email, in-person, etc).Make sure all inquiries and complaints from customer are solved within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Investigate and resolve system issues
Work with departments, card organization and partner bank to solve customer’s concerns and handle relevant tasks.Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it. Participate cross-functional projects
