Opportunity Description
The Citi UAE cards business is profitable and growing. The business requires strong talent to drive Cards portfolio growth and the candidate is expected to:
Support in growing and optimizing performance of the UAE Cards Portfolio
Manage and optimize various portfolio programs / initiatives
Support in identifying areas of growth & efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Support to execute ongoing portfolio programs / initiatives such as Instalment products ( Loan on Card, Transaction EPP, Statement EPP), Balance Transfer, Citi PayAll, Insurance cross-sell
Support to execute ongoing portfolio spend programs and other initiatives like credit limit increase, retention, activation, etc.
Support in implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of the above-mentioned programs
Support development of digital capability and adoption for various portfolio programs
