Opportunity Description
Employment Type: Part-time / 30 hours per week (alternate weekend working required)
Location: The Elms - Bembridge, Isle of Wight (PO35 5XS)
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
