Opportunity Description

We are looking for individuals with experience of working within a similar caring profession who want to further their experience or develop skills working in childrens palliative care.

Full-Time & Part-Time applicants considered

Our service is provided in a 24/7, 365 days environment; shifts include weekend & Bank Holiday working.

Shift Pattern:

Our standard shift structure is 12 1/2 hour shifts (includes unpaid break)

  • Day Shift - 7:30am-8:00pm
  • Night Shift - 7:30pm-8:00am
  • Homecare Shift - In the community (hours vary)
  • +30% Saturdays & Evenings
  • +60% Sundays & Bank Holidays

Main duties of the job

  • Deliverhigh quality person-centred care including a range of care tasks for babies,children and young people with life threatening conditions and support theirfamilies, as directed by senior clinical colleagues and in line with childrenspalliative care principles.
