Care Assistant (Contract) | 12-48 hrs/wk, Leave & Uniform

Care Concern Group in Derbyshire Dales is looking for a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, and emotional wellbeing. This role is essential for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that ensures dignity and independence.
