Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG

Salary: £13.70 per hour – Paid breaks

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full & Part time hours available, 12 hour shifts 20:00 -08:00

Starter Bonus: £500 (one‑off, paid after 4 weeks of service, subject to tax and NI)

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognise and meet the specific needs of residents.
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
