ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT 1. Provide basic nursing care that aligns with the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing services and the hospital. 2. Notify the nursing leaders of any situations that impact the quality of care. 3. Obtain unit report and assignment at the beginning of each shift and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager or Senior Registered Nurse 4. Daily routine: Perform thorough cleaning each morning, including sanitizing trolleys, lamps, and walls to ensure hygiene and safety. Prepares and inspect the camera system, endoscope, monitoring system, oxygen and suction apparatus to ensure proper functioning and readiness for procedures. Prepares and tidies stretcher, bed and linens as needed. Receiving patients from the ward or clinic, transporting the patient to the preparation area, and assisting the patient until they are checked by the registered nurse.
