Today, it is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community mental health services and one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County. WJCS delivers innovative programs and services and compassionate care to more than 20,000 people of all ages and backgrounds throughout the county.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized full-time (35 hours per week) Care Manager to join our Home Delivered Meals Program. In this role, you will offer services, including in-home assessments, case management, care planning, information and referrals to the seniors participating in the program. The salary is $45,000.
