Assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates options and services to effect an appropriate individualized plan of care for patients across the acute care continuum using independent judgment and discretion.
Requirement
NYS RN License
B.S. in Nursing 3-5 yrs.
BLS certified with the American Heart Association
Recent med/surg or cardiac experience, PRI and/or case management certification preferred.
