Care Team Leader - Armidale Based

You’ll guide, mentor, and empower a team of dedicated carers, ensuring they feel supported to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality care every day. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — you’ll balance leading people with navigating daily challenges, driving teamwork, and creating an environment where carers thrive and customers live their best lives.

This is a full-time role based at our Armidale NSW branch.
