Roles & Responsibilities
To make outbound calls to prospective students and pitch courses offered by the institute
This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE
To counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissions
To generate daily walk-ins to the center
Being responsible for phone counseling to prospective candidates
To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details
Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects into admissions
Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students
Skills Required
