The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior level pilot analyst for the Air Force Personnel Center, a Field Operating Agency (FOA), applying expertise in functional/technical pilot related programs. Responsibilities Applying Air Force military rated aviator experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s). Analyzes and evaluates the force structure to identify training and/or recruitment deficiencies and categories of positions/employees to be included in the assigned Career Field Management Program.
