To perform office administrative work and secretarial duties within the Kitchen office in accordance with standards, policies and guidelines as established by Shangri-La International and Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang. The position will coordinate daily office related activities, provide accurate document processing, ensure efficient internal and external office communications and complete administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Sous Chef. The administrator will at all times conduct herself in a professional manner and demonstrate her commitment to our purpose statement.
Requirements:
Not less than 3 years in handling office administrative and secretarial duties
Effective bilingual oral and written in both English & MalayFamiliar with HACCP and food safety system and control.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good organizational skills
