$18.50 ~ $20 per hour

(Business Hours of Operation is 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot the time tracking system.
• Track employee attendance, vacation, sick leave, and banked time.
• Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
• Prepare and organize time sheets and pay stubs.
• Assist with year‑end payroll tasks, including preparing and distributing T4s.
