Caretaker - Kirkwood Hall, Leyburn, 12hrs Per Week

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part time (2 days per week - 6 hours per day)

We have an opportunity available for a part time Caretaker / Handyperson to join our team to provide efficient and effective caretaker support to the scheme/establishment including ensuring the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards and that systems operate at optimum efficiency.

The role

Youll maintaining the efficient running of scheme operations through the premises and its contents, opening and opening and closing premises (gates, doors, windows) or the purpose of residents use, room lettings, maintenance and emergency services. Youll conduct health and safety throughout, making sure emergency exits are kept clear and alarms tests are carried out, reporting any issues and documenting all inspections.
