Working Location: Lewisham
Persona: Site based. Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site(s), with ad hoc office attendance as required
Working Pattern: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
Closing Date: 1st June 2026 at 11pm
Responsibilities
- Maintain communal areas within blocks and estates, carrying out cleaning and grounds maintenance work.
- Carry out small maintenance repairs as required.
- Liaise directly with residents and contractors, answering queries and ensuring health & safety and security issues are addressed.
