About the Caretaker Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to provide support across local schools. This role involves general site management, planned and reactive maintenance, porterage, security, and acting as a key link between the school and support services.
Key Responsibilities of the Caretaker
- Carry out general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, and reception duties.
- Log all maintenance and cleaning tasks, proactively identifying and completing minor repairs where appropriate, and requesting assistance for tasks outside your skillset.
