Company description Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced School Caretaker to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, secure, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant.

You will be joining our Facilities Management team based in Exeter.
Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, managing repairs, ensuring security protocols are followed and keeping the premises clean and orderly.
You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time role with alternating shift patterns of 6AM-2PM and 10AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.
