Caretaker Supervisor

Radley College is seeking a proactive and hands‑on Caretaker Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day delivery of housekeeping and site services across our busy, seven‑day operation. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will supervise a team of caretakers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance are consistently achieved.

You will be responsible for supporting and developing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. The role also involves coordinating maintenance requests, supporting College events, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
