Responsibilities
- Pre-Transfer / Pre-Lifting Verification
- Verify readiness of FPSO cargo tanks for export, including tank lineup, valve positions, and segregation status.
- Witness and confirm Remaining on Board (ROB) and opening inventory prior to loading.
- Verify the use of approved and latest tank calibration tables.
- Confirm custody transfer metering system is in correct operational mode and ready for transfer.
- Witness and verify line fill / displacement volumes prior to cargo transfer, where applicable.
- Measurement, Certification & Documentation
- Witness measurement and certify the quality and quantity of crude oil loaded into export tankers in accordance with PETRONAS and THE COMPANY procedures.
- Prepare, verify, and endorse the FPSO Cargo Tank Offload Measurement Report based on tank dipping conducted before and immediately after loading.
