**Job Description**

**_Carpenter 810-Mount Sinai West_**

Constructs, maintains and repairs structured woodwork; builds special equipment of wood or other material; cuts and fashions parts of furniture; operates powered woodworking machinery. Performs other duties. Provides and maintains hand tools as specified by Supervisor at time of employment.

**Qualifications**

**_Requirements:_**

+ HS/GED
+ 5 years of experience
+ Trade or vocational school graduation may reduce the above requirement to 4 years
+ Certification for Powder-actuated cartridge tools
+ Ability to utilize tablet-based computer systems
