We have an opportunity for a Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Performing high quality repairs to the council housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching walls, repairing tiles, various types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, and repairing fences etc.
