Bristol City Council’s Housing & Landlord Services are currently recruiting Carpenters join our Responsive Repairs team. The Response Repairs Team focuses on delivering high quality, cost effective responsive repairs to a large variety of properties amongst our 28000 homes.

We are seeking to employ enthusiastic and motivated carpenters to join our response carpentry team. Within this role you will complete a wide range of carpentry tasks including inspections, installation, repairs and maintenance.

This role requires a good understanding of building pathology, especially when related to carpentry hazards, defects, and their causes. The successful candidate should be methodical and enquiring.
