**Job Description**

This role involves performing a wide range of carpentry work on vacant retail stores, multi-family buildings such as condominiums and apartments, as well as residential remodeling projects. You will contribute to both rough and finish carpentry, supporting new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements across commercial and residential environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough carpentry tasks, including framing walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements for retail, multi-family, and residential projects.
+ Execute finish carpentry work such as installing trim, doors, baseboards, casing, and other detailed woodwork to a high standard of quality.
