About the Position: The Walla Walla District US Army Corps of Engineers helps manage local water resources for navigation, flood damage reduction, disaster assistance, hydroelectric power generation, and other natural and heritage areas. Responsibilities Develop maps using Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. Perform complex phases of cartographic compilation work in the construction, revision and maintenance of Real Estate maps and charts. Develop real estate maps and data products from deeds, legal descriptions, survey data or court documents and compares them with project boundaries to ensure accuracy.
