Case Management Director

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Case Management! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!

Qualifications:

• Position reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team
• Candidates must have a CCM or ACM OR obtain it within the first year of employment, will cover the cost of the examination
• RN or Licensed Social Worker
• Direct reports: 3 RN CM’s, 1 LPN, 3 MSW, 1 LSW
• Director doesn’t carry a case load unless census is low or they are short staffed
• Case loads for CM’s are around 13
• Looking for candidates with acute care or inpatient experience
