Case management intern — 12-month mentorship & training

FAIS Ombud is looking to appoint Graduate Trainees in Pretoria as part of their Graduate Recruitment Programme. This structured programme is designed to create a pipeline of talented entrants to the labour market, where graduates will learn under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Participants will be assigned to the Case Management/Adjudication Department and will gain exposure to dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement, and case evaluation among other core competencies.
