About the Role
We are looking for as case manager with a nursing or allied health background who has the clinical skills required to assist people with current or ongoing mental health needs.
In this key role you will coordinate and manage care plans, support families, and ensure the delivery of effective mental health services to children and adolescents. An important aspect to this role is inter-agency work; including working with community services such as Oranga Tamariki, schools, GPs and local NGOs.
