Opportunity Description
We are hiring an experienced Case Manager to join our growing Personal Injury team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm
- Strong client communication and follow-up skills
- Experience handling pre-litigation cases
- Ability to manage medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate with attorneys, providers, and insurance companies
- Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records
- Request and organize medical records/bills
- Ensure clients receive timely updates throughout their case
