**Remote Case Manager RN (Costco Team)**

**Location:** Remote (Preference: Within 45 minutes of San Antonio, TX)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (occasional rotation to 10:00 AM–7:00 PM)
**No weekends, or holidays required**
