Case Manager (Temporary Part-Time)

ROLE SUMMARY:Case Managers provide an array of services and activities in support of access to medical, educational, social, prevocational, rehabilitative, or other needed community services for eligible clients and families.The Case Manager conducts groups for children, high-risk teens, parents of young children and adults. These groups focus on building healthy relationships and promoting positive parenting/ relationships.
