REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university OR a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing workforce development-related case management services to populations like the District’s Customers.

Worked with Customers in a caring and respectful manner with an understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances.

Prior experience developing, evaluating and implementing a service plan that is milestone driven.
