Cash and Trade Proc Rep

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade operation activities for EMEA clients and markets; required to work EMEA business hours
• Perform trade operations activities, such as data entry, documents handling, payment processing
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established service level agreements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customer services team to resolve client queries
• Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses
