Cash Application Specialist
Location: Fort Collins, CO (Hybrid schedule)
Pay: $28/hour + benefits
Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire (will convert permanently)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to support the Accounts Receivable function for a growing organization in the manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for processing and applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
+ Post and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, lockbox) in a timely manner
+ Perform daily cash application and account reconciliations
+ Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate customer account records
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
