Cash Collection - German specialist

We are looking or a Cash collections specialist for the Germa market, who will be responsible for liasing with Customers to ensure payments are made and taken within agreed targets. You will be responsible for the dynamics of the Consumer Collections strategy.

Your day to day:

 Answer phone calls from Customers and reply to e-mails as well

 Ensure recoveries are made using daily routine force charges

 Ensure the collections strategy is being followed and running

 Ensure a good relationship with the Debt Collections agency

 Handle and provide support for disputed invoices

 Suspend risk accounts and support any queries regarding suspended accounts

Who we are looking for:

 Fluent in German and a B2 level o English

 Excellent communication

 Calm under pressure

 Strong negotiation skills

 Good decision making skills

 Excel intermediate skills
