Key Responsibilities
Customer Transactions
- Scan and process customer purchases accurately.
- Accept and process cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and assist with their inquiries.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Cash Handling
- Count and verify cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate cash records and balance the till.
- Report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Store Support
- Assist with shelf stocking and product replenishment.
