Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with purchases, and handle inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with product restocking, and ensure displays are tidy and organized.
- Receipt and Refund Handling: Issue receipts for purchases, process returns, and handle exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and security protocols, including checking for counterfeit bills and verifying age restrictions.
- Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
