• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash registers.
• Ensure cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and basic requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter areas.
• Promote outlet products, promotions, or membership programs when required.
• Assist with packing orders and coordinating with kitchen/service staff.
• Follow company SOPs, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Report discrepancies or system issues to supervisors.
