Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders
- Relay customer orders to kitchen staff clearly and accurately
- Process customer orders in the restaurant database
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest happiness and satisfaction throughout service
- Accept cash and process card transactions efficiently
- Issue receipts for all transactions
