Description
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while supporting daily operations within the hospital cafeteria and coffee bar. This position combines cashiering responsibilities with beverage preparation and food service support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Accurately process customer purchases using a computerized point-of-sale system
+ Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area, ensuring supplies and products are replenished as needed
+ Perform cash handling duties, including balancing cash drawers, reconciling daily transactions, and securing deposits in accordance with established procedures
