Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Youngstown Herks Place Club on Youngstown Air Reserve Base, Ohio. The primary purpose of this position is to perform receiving and disbursing cashier duties. The position is a flexible position, which means you are not guaranteed hours or benefits but could work anywhere between 0 and 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Ensures proper identification is presented before disbursement is made. Collects cash receipts, cash register tapes, checks, credit card receipts, club tokens, coupons, and other supporting documentation. Prepares and issues change from funds as required. Prepares bank deposits and ensures daily deposit in a timely manner. Ensures all monies are accounted for by balancing with the posting of funds placed in the activity's safe before actual bank deposit.
