Duties and Responsibilities

• Great customers warmly provide outstanding service throughout their visit and promptly address inquiries or resolve concerns with professionalism

• Efficiently process customer purchases using the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately and ensure all transactions comply with company policies

• Assist customers by providing detailed information about frozen food products, promotions and store offerings, helping them make informed purchasing decisions

• Handle cash, process payments, issue receipts and provide accurate change. Maintain proper cash register balance and perform cash drawer reconciliations at the start and end of each shift
