Opportunity Description
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all time. Make up is a requirement for female therapists & hair up as per the standard.
- To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Welcome Guests greet Guests and Members explain and upsell the facilities products and services available. Be proactive and ascertain individual needs. Give tours of the Spa as required.
- Answers all telephone communication within three rings while observing standards etiquette and professionalism at all times.
- Schedule reservations of Spa and salon services and coordinate team memberss schedule to ensure prompt service.
- Ensure Guest / Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spas first priority.
