Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a Roastery Assistant to support the end-to-end coffee production process and contribute to the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the roastery. This role is responsible for assisting with product output, ensuring order accuracy, managing workload effectively, and supporting customer enquiries and delivery requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Teamwork and communication are essential, along with a willingness to take initiative and support the wider team where needed.
