Category Manager – Flea Market About the Role The Category Manager – Flea Market is responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the Flea Market business across NoBrokerHood societies. This role leads a team of Flea Market Managers and owns category strategy, vendor ecosystem development, event performance, revenue growth, and stakeholder management. As a key member of the NoBrokerHood Community Engagement team, the Category Manager will scale flea market operations, develop new business opportunities, establish best practices, and ensure consistent execution of high-quality events that enhance resident experiences while delivering strong business outcomes.
