Opportunity Description
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively engage stakeholders to define medium to long term forecasts of procurement requirements and timelines, and todevelop a procurement plan for execution
- Execute the End-to-End Tender Process for Facilitiesmanagement related requirement and any other assigned category for both projects and operations
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Key Stakeholders, having regular reviews of overall project progress,early and timely procurement engagement and proactiveidentification and resolution of supplier performance issues or contractual concerns in a proactive manner
- Monitor the Validity and Timely Renewal of Ongoing Contracts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations
