Advert Text At Apleona, We are always looking for dynamic and talent individuals to join our team We currently have an opening for a Catering Assistant to join our team at our site in Kilkenny City Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Canteen’s recipes, portioning and serving standards Fill in where needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organised and timely manner Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the canteen’s preventative maintenance programs Ensure product costing takes place and approval is sought prior to planning and pricing menu items.
