Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
Preparation and clearing up of venues for all functions at hospital level and at the Life College of learning Requirements Catering Assistant must have a good general knowledge and experience of preparing meals for Therapeutic Diets in a Hospital environment
Minimum qualification – Grade 12
Candidate must have reliable transport
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Candidate must be able to work shifts and weekends Competencies Be able to work and function independantly
